Q: Do you offer any discounts or specials? 
A: Yes, please ask for any special promotions or move in specials. 

Q: Do I need to provide my own lock? 
A: Yes, you will need to provide your own lock and you keep the key. We sell locks in our office. 

Q: When is the rent due? 
A: The rent is due on the first day of each month. 

Q: Can I park my vehicle on the property unattended? 
A: No, the vehicles on the property or in the passage way must be attended by the Tenant and able to move immediately if needed. 

Q: How can I make my rent payment? 
A: We accept cash, check, money order, Visa, MasterCard and Debit Card. 

Q: What are the Gate entrance hours? 
A: 6am until 8pm every day including holidays. 

Q: What are the Office hours? 
A: 11am until 5:30pm Monday through Friday and 9am until noon on Saturday.

• 5 x 10 (50 sq. ft.) is similar to a walk-in closet. Ideal for small furniture, boxes, tools, camping gear or studio apartment.

• 10 x 10 (100 sq. ft.) is similar to an average sized bedroom. Ideal for a 1 to 2 bedroom apartment of average size and boxes. 

• 10 x 15 (150 sq. ft.) is similar to a larger bedroom. Ideal to store a 2 to 3 bedroom apartment with average furniture. 

• 10 x 20 (200 sq. ft.) is similar to a one car garage. Ideal to store a 3 bedroom home with appliances, a car or small boat. 

• 10 x 25 (250 sq. ft.) is similar to a standard garage. Ideal to store a 3 bedroom home with appliances, a truck or average boat.
